   Good looking rod. Seems to be well made. Planning to use it on a up coming trip. Also has soild SS guides. My other Penn rods with ceramic inserts, had a problem of having them pop out and causing me to have them replaced. Hope this rod lasts longer than my other rods

   I got this rod the other day and decided to see how it would do Kokanee fishing. Since Kokanee fish are known for their soft mouths, you need a flexible rod that will not let them spit the hooks. I ran this and another rod to help judge the performance. With this rod I landed every fish that took the bait, with my other rod I was not so lucky. I am now thinking about getting a second rod.
