Fit my penn fathom 30ld2 pefectly

I ordered this rod a while ago, and it came quickly. To my surprise, when I opened the box there was no bubble wrap securing the bottom half of the rod (grip and reel seat half) which was disappointing, but I didn’t even get the whole rod! I ordered another with the money from refunding, so I hope it comes all together this time. Other than not getting the whole rod, I know these rods are good quality, and would recommend them to others if you can get your hands on one! Just be cautious with this supplier.

Purchased the 7ft heavy model-live baiting for yellowfin.Rod is well made but soooo heavy it renders it useless.Felt I was casting a piece of rebar. To give Penn credit, their Ally conv boat rods are fine. Have no idea what Penn did here but the rod is garbage. DO NOT BUY

I am glad that I bought this rod. I used to have a Penn Mariner III rod, which is beefier and heavier than than this Rampage Jigging rod. The rampage jigging is strong but also sensitive. I got many sea bass and porgy today from 100-ft deep offshore boat fishing. The Rampage jigging handled all of them very well. If you do vertical jigging or bottom bait fishing, I highly recommend this rod.
