I use the 6000 series reel on one of my rigs for bigger blues and flatheads. I haven't caught anything larger than a six pound channel on it, but the drag is smooth and the bait clicker works as intended.

Oh my god this is my dream rod, this fishing rod is excellent for casting baits into the sea behind the waves and beyond that all you need is to put on a high-spin machine, an X8 braid line and wear finger gloves for strong casting and no injury, strong and of high quality not suitable for casting with artificial baits because the rod without the fishing machine exceeds a kilogram

ショアからのロックフィッシュやフラットフィッシュ用に2500HSを購入。
サイズ感は国産2500番とほぼ同じです。
スプール径48mm、ライン込み325g。
ハンドル長60mm、ノブ径約38mm。
手持ちの2500番で1番重い23ストラディックと比べて持った感じは正直大差ありません。
17ツインパXDのC3000がよりタフになった感じ。
前に買った6500はスフェロスやBGにも遠く及ばない巻きごこちしたが、2500は結構普通で
アブレベルの巻き心地は確保していると思います。
ただ巻き自体は重いです、国産のように勝手にハンドル回るような軽さは皆無です。
ペンらしさを捨ててベルハンマーグリスとか入れ替えれば改善はするとは思います。
リーリング流れの変化を掴むような繊細な釣りにはちょっと不向きな感じはしますが、タフさを求めるなら間違いない買い物だと思います。
自分の用途的にはスプール径が52mm前後であれば星5付けたいところでした。

Die Rolle ist aus Plastik und wirkt sehr filigran. Der Rundlauf ist unruhig und die Bremse ruckelt. Ich werde nun die Avet aus den USA holen. Qualität kostet eben mehr.

Not much to not like. I use it for trolling walleye and the line counter works great.
