Just went out on a halfday to break in the Fathom15 and the thing was casting great, tossing the Tady AA surface iron a mile. The reel took probably about 250 yds of 50lb powerpro braid and probably around 20 yds of 30lb mono topshot. Had no problem dragging in the bonito and calico with ease. Even ended up hooking into a yellow and the rod I what was bent over and probably coulda used one slightly more heavy duty but the reel did absolutely great. I also had brought my relatively new Daiwa Lexa on the same rod as well and ended up not even touching it because I was loving the fathom too much.

Es una vara economica que trabaja muy bien ya que en ningún momento se siente fragil, el agarre como en toda Penn es bueno, tuve capturas de 8lb aproximadamente en las cuales respondió perfectamente

Needed a new reel and Penn was my only go to maker

Sin duda, sabiendo para qué tipo de pesca se va a utilizar , el mejor carrete jamás construido

Solido e robusto. Ottimo per pesche medio pesanti sostenute.
