This is one good looking reel smooth action and good retrieval rate. I have this on a 7’ pole that I’m currently using in The surf for close to the shore fishing. Every time I go I catch fish w/this rig. I like to think that has more to do with me but having good equipment doesn’t hurt and this reel is good equipment.
